Implementation of the main soil mechanical characterization tests and analysis of the results using conventional methods.
Content(s)
3 practical sessions of 4h:
- Direct shear box test (failure behaviour of soils)
- Oedometric test on clay samples (analysis of a consolidation step, drainage) and on sand (compressibility properties)
- Undrained cohesion measurement methods (quick laboratory and in-situ test methods)
