Goal(s)
Introduce students to the different concepts of quality management used in the main professional branches of industry and services
- Understand the concepts and tools that make it possible to optimize the company's operations through the Quality approach
- Develop the ability to set up and lead the resolution of problems encountered in a company by following a Quality approach
Purpose :
Know the vocabulary, terms, acronyms, main Quality tools and structured approaches to conducting improvement projects, in order to be operational in the working life.
