Goal(s)

Equip students with project management methods and tools and understand how they can be integrated into technological projects specific to the sector.

Content(s)

Understanding what a project is and how it differs from academic work, its generic methods and tools, designing a project, organising and steering a project or tasks within a project, managing and motivating a team, identifying, analysing and reducing the socio-environmental impact of the project.
All of this will be put into practice during the 4A project, with support, intermediate and final assessment and project completion.
