Goal(s)
The objective of this module is first and foremost to enhance students' risk analysis skills through a bow tie approach and an approach based on Level of Protection Analysis (LOPA), as well as a presentation of the ISO 31000 standard. The aim will then be to apply qualitative and quantitative risk analysis skills to an industrial process.

The ISO 31000 standard and the risk management process
Visit of the facility used in the project
Implementation of the methods
Concepts of probability.
Risk analysis methods (RPA, fault tree, HAZOP, FMEA).
Test
100% project assessment: written report
If a course unit is not validated, the jury may authorize the engineering student to take additional tests to validate it.
