Goal(s)

Understand the internal audit and certification processes.
Master the audit method.

Content(s)

1) Introduction to the course

  • Standards: interests and issues / Common points of the standards studied and principles of integration
    2) Auditing and certification
  • Terms and definitions, different types of audits, the certification process, ISO 19011 standard - audit principles and auditor skills
    3) The audit method
  • The method in 4 main stages: initiating, preparing, carrying out and closing the audit
    4) The auditor's tools
  • Presentation of key tools: the audit program, the audit plan, the audit guide, the deviation sheet, the audit report
    5) Communication in
    audit situation
  • A few tips for the auditor and the auditee.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of at least one standard enabling the implementation of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Regulatory knowledge: Environmental Code and Labor Code

Test

100% continuous assessment
If a UE is not validated, the jury may authorize the student engineer to take additional tests to validate it.
