Course 1

• Presentation of the issues
• Concept of project management
• Development of a schedule (constraints, tools)
• Step-by-step case study

Course 2

• Implementation on site of the students of the work group.
  Their objective: to present the project planning and courses

Course 3

• Presentation of the price research business
• The place of price studies in a construction company
• The methodology of the price study to obtain worksites
• Step-by-step case study

Course 4

• Implementation on site of the students of the work group.
  Their objective: to be able to estimate the cost of their project

GGC3 : Work technique

• Know the main support techniques
• Know the main drilling techniques
• Knowing how to extract the essential from a soil ratio
  CMM4: Management, organization, planning
  GGC5: Technical visit of the worksites (week 1)
