Goal(s)

Study the behaviour of the main structures used in construction on the basis of material and mechanical strength gains. The course will also present the regulatory aspects of taking actions into account. In addition, examples of pre-dimensioning will illustrate the whole. As the training is provided in a specialization in geotechnics, particular attention will be paid to the influences of constructive arrangements on the foundations.
