Recognize the large classes of behaviour of materials in the fluid state. Know how to choose a rheometer to characterize a fluid according to the properties to be measured, the type of behaviour and the range of stresses considered. Awareness of the importance of rheology for a very wide range of applications (from blood to concrete, but also for melted polymers and polymer solutions)...
