Goal(s)
This course introduces the basics of numerical computation using the Finite Differences method as well as the fundamental principles of resolution methods for large linear systems. It aims to gain a critical insight into the possibilities and limitations of numerical modelling applied to geotechnical and environmental engineering problems.
