Goal(s)
- Teach students to conduct a research project (mainly metallurgy, ceramics or polymers) in a small group (3-4 students) in a laboratory, on 5 half days spread over a week.
- Teach students to write a synthetic scientific report (experimental part, results, discussion and conclusions, bibliography) and to present their results effectively.
Content(s)
Several subjects by type of materials are available for the students:in the metal field, in ceramics and in polymers
A week is blocked for the TP-laboratory projects, and for each group of three students there are five half days in the laboratory, the other half-days are used to work on the subject of the project without experience.
o A report is to make it a week later, and an oral presentation will be held in front of a jury.
PrerequisitesCourse and practical work of the subject concerned (metallurgy, ceramics or polymers).
