Goal(s)
This lecture is focused on dielectrics properties and their interactions with electrostatic field.
We first discuss?on electrostatic laws applied to conductor and dielectrics.
Then we focus on the interaction between electric field and dielectrics at all scale: macroscopic and microscopic.
At the end the complex permittivity is defined and studied at all frequencies.
