Goal(s)

The aim of the course is to acquire or consolidate knowledge about companies. Learning will lead to an understanding of the general functioning of organisations, preparation for teamwork and management, through reflection on management practices.
All of the theoretical inputs are directly applied through strategic and management decisions taken as part of the CESIM management simulation.
