Goal(s)

Understand the basic principles of rheology.
Learn to use rheometry devices to characterize the properties of non-Newtonian fluids.
Study the behavior of non-Newtonian fluids under different conditions.
Analyzing experimental results to interpret the rheological properties of fluids.

Content(s)

Introduction to the main rheometry devices (rheometers) and their characteristics.
Manipulation of rheometry devices to measure viscosity, dynamic rheology, and other properties of non-Newtonian fluids.
Conducting experiments to study the behavior of non-Newtonian fluids under different shear stresses, temperatures, etc.
Analysis of experimental data and interpretation of results to understand the rheological characteristics of the studied fluids.
