Goal(s)
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Explain the role of the various parties involved in the building process: BET, control office, MAO, MAE, contractors, experts, insurance companies, etc.
- Understand the financial aspects of a project, and the responsibilities and missions of the various parties involved;
- Conduct a technical and commercial analysis of a project;
- build a schedule (Gantt / Pert).
