1. Introduction to business English
-how to present yourself and your skills in a professional context
-how to understand and answer a job ad in your domain of study
-job interview skills
-spoken and written communication in a professional context
-preparation for the Linguaskill Business Reading and Listening

2. Specialized English
-English for engineering students of civil engineering and geotechnical engineering
-guided and autonomous study of specialized texts
-understanding specialised vocabulary in variety of contexts
-use of specialised English in debates, roleplays, formal presentations, essays)

B1 to B2 level
Knowledge of the 3rd year English programme

Test

• 1 written test (1 hour)
• Extra time students: adapted exam
• If the UE is not validated, the jury can allow the student to take a resit exam.

The exam is given in english only
